Dear Patients:
After serving the Phoenix community for 15 years our Metrocenter office will close its doors on Jun 30, 2020. COVID-19 has impacted all our lives in so many ways and has delivered the final economic blow to this iconic mall.
I know many of you from my childhood years growing up in the community and others I have gotten to know well over the years. To all of you I want to say thank you for trusting us to take care of your vision and eye health over the past 15 years.
Moving forward Dr Streff and myself will continue to see patients in our Tempe and Scottsdale offices located in Arizona Mills and Scottsdale Fashion Square. Rest assured your medical records are safe and will be made available to you should you choose to seek eye care at an office closer to home.
It has been a pleasure working with and getting to know all of you. Thank you again for allowing us to care for your eyes over all these years.
Dr Z
