After serving the Phoenix community for 15 years our Metrocenter office will close its doors on Jun 30, 2020. COVID-19 has impacted all our lives in so many ways and has delivered the final economic blow to this iconic mall.
I know many of you from my childhood years growing up in the community and others I have gotten to know well over the years. To all of you I want to say thank you for trusting us to take care of your vision and eye health over the past 15 years.
Moving forward Dr Streff and myself will continue to see patients in our Tempe and Scottsdale offices located in Arizona Mills and Scottsdale Fashion Square. Rest assured your medical records are safe and will be made available to you should you choose to seek eye care at an office closer to home.
It has been a pleasure working with and getting to know all of you. Thank you again for allowing us to care for your eyes over all these years.

Zmyslinski Eye & Contact Lens Center
Our offices are dedicated to serving the community by providing personalized vision and medical care for a variety of age groups. Depending on age, lifestyle and overall health, vision care requirements change. Taking the time to understand our patients’ needs helps us prescribe the best possible vision solution.
Regular eye exams can be the key to early detection and treatment of emerging vision problems, eye diseases and a number of health related issues. With the help of technology like the Zeiss Clarifye refracting system and the Optos Daytona wide-field retinal imaging camera, our doctors will optimize your spectacle and contact lens prescriptions and examine eye health with a high level of detail.
If you experience loss of vision, double vision, swelling, infection or any eye emergency, contact us immediately for guidance. We’ll help you with the best treatment to prevent complications and promote long-lasting clear eyesight.
Please call one of our offices for further instructions. Use your best judgment on urgency, if you feel you need to find the nearest emergency room.
